PRINCE2 or PMP? (our view)
PRINCE2 is a process method that is especially common in the UK, Europe, Australia and government work. The PMP is a broader, experience-based credential that is especially valued in the Americas, the Middle East and Africa. Many senior PMs hold both. Check job ads in your target market.
